First off, as you know, we are providing direct support to Nuclear Assault on Saturday, March 26th at the Manitoba Metalfest. Also on the bill are Speak English Or Die (SOD tribute from Quebec) as well as Evil Survives and Besieged. Up next will be a special performance in support of our good friend Heather Makar. Heather has done a lot of work for the local metal community in Winnipeg and beyond as a top shelf graphic designer. She worked on our demo as well as our first two albums. Recently Heather sustained a serious injury and is currently recovering in the ICU at the Health Sceinces Centre in Winnipeg. We will be joining other friends of hers, including Big Trouble In Little China, Wobachia, Of Human Bondage and Antikathera in a benefit gig in support of Heather, her partner Mike and their family. The show is scheduled for Thursday, April 21st at the Royal Albert Arms. Tickets are $10 in advance at War on Music.
August promises to be a fun month for us. We are confirmed to perform at Arsonfest in Winnipeg, playing along with Bloody Phoenix, Wolbachia, Enabler, Archagathus, Haggatha and many more. Arsonfest is happening on August 5 & 6 in Winnipeg. Additionally, we are confirmed to play at Foul Copse Fest east of Winnipeg. It's an outdoor generator festival in the forest. We are confirmed along with Six Brew Bantha, No Eulogy, Iskra, Contagium and a buttload of others. That is taking palce the weekend of August 26/27. Good times!
